Standard Domestic Delivery:
USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. USPS Priority Mail for APO and FPO Military Mail. Or UPS Ground within the contiguous 48 states. Orders that are in stock and placed online by 3 p.m. Pacific Time (Standard delivery) are usually shipped the next business day.

Domestic Orders should arrive in 3 to 6 business days depending on shipping method and distance from San Diego.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the entire order and the shipping method chosen. Oversized items or orders over 50 lbs may incur an additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Additional charges including special boxes, packaging, hazardous materials, flammable package charges and air freight charges will be billed to your credit card at the time of shipping. You will be notified of any additional charges by e-mail. Selected items are subject to shipping restrictions and may only be shipped via UPS Ground. Hazardous materials charges may also apply on ground shipments. Heavy, hazardous and oversized items will incur an additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. International Delivery:

Freight Delivery
Some larger, heavier items and orders require freight delivery. An additional freight charge will be calculated, and you will be notified by mail to approve the additional charge. Heavy, hazardous and oversized items may also incur an additional charge. Returns
To Return Your Item Ship your return via the USPS, UPS or other service with a copy of the original order - no RMA is required. All new saleable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The value of the item and sales tax (if applicable) will be credited. Delivery charges are not refundable unless we made an error or if the item arrived damaged or defective. Please allow 30 days for returns to be received and processed.

To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, enclose copy of your original invoice that accompanied the merchandise. Clearly mark which item(s) are being returned. Use the original packaging, if possible, and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with packing tape. Do not use string.

Sales Tax
Applicable state and local taxes are added to every item shipped to an address in California. In order to obtain Tax Exempt status for orders shipped in the State of California, we must first receive a completed State of California Resale Card by mail to:

Payment Terms
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Our PayPal address is Paypal@janecosales.com. We also accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards over a secure checkout connection. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are also accepted. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. No personal checks, please.

Product Suitability
Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While Janeco Enterprises attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, to be sure that the product, installation, and use will be in compliance.

Additional Terms
Force Majeure Janeco Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Janeco Enterprises in the conduct of its business.

Cancellation
Any cancellation must be approved by Janeco Enterprises and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

Materials of Trade
Customer represents that if it is purchasing goods as its "materials of trade" as defined in the Hazardous Materials Regulations in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that the goods will be used in direct support of its business, which is not transportation, and that such goods shall not be resold or transported in a vehicle other than one owned by itself.

Waiver, Choice of Law and Venue
The failure of either party to assert a right hereunder or to insist upon compliance with any term or condition will not constitute a waiver of that right or excuse any subsequent nonperformance of any such term or condition by the other party. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules, and venue shall be in County of San Diego, State of California.

No Third Party Benefit
The provisions stated above are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, confer no rights, benefits or claims upon any person or entity not a party here to.
